Groups
		We welcome church groups of all kinds and of all ages. We will try to provide you with whatever we can to ensure that your group gets the best from their stay with us. The reason we do not take any on-line bookings is that we feel it is important for you to tell us personally what it is your group needs. There is a dayroom available to you and each group will use this space in a different way. The house can feel very different depending on who is using it. If there is a Youth Group or group of church families staying then we would expect lots of noise, fun and laughter. If on the other hand there is a prayer group here then the house will be quiet and peaceful. At other times the house may only have us and maybe one other person here on retreat and may even be silent. For us that is the beauty of this place. We understand that taking a youth group away is both challenging and fun, but it can also be very tiring. If you are a Youth Leader who is considering coming to stay and you have no or few adults assistants we realise that it could be a daunting task. We (Evelyn and Graeme) would be very happy to take on some of your group sessions and give you the leader, an oppurtunity to have some time to yourself if you would like us to do so. Please phone and discuss this with us. From the autumn of 2008 we hope to have a small prayer chapel and silent garden ready for use. Please note that we never mix large groups and individuals.
